St. Matthews Animal Clinic Cares
Local and national charities supported by our clinic
It’s important for us at St. Matthews Animal Clinic to give back to the animals and animal organizations in our community. That’s why we work with dedicated local organizations like the Animal Care Society and the Shamrock Foundation to care for pets who are truly in need. Many of our clients probably don’t realize that St. Matthews Animal Clinic offers free and discounted services to the homeless pets being fostered by these organizations. In 2008, St. Matthews Animal Clinic performed 70 spays and neuters for the Animal Care Society and cared for 21 of their very ill cats and dogs who otherwise may have gone without treatment. During that same year, we provided 13 spays and neuters for the Shamrock Foundation so each of those pets could be adopted to a permanent home.
We want you to know that St. Matthews Animal Clinic not only cares about all pets, but people too. The following list includes all the charities sponsored by our clinic in 2008:
-
Kentucky Colonels
-
Louisville Firefighters
-
Special Olympics of Kentucky
-

-

We at St. Matthews Animal Clinic pledge to continue to give back to the people and animals in our community. We encourage other local businesses and individuals to do the same. We really can make a difference!
